Travelling questions
Am I standing on the ground?
Or is it standing on me!
I wonder as I walk around,
There’s much to learn and see.
Am I counting the days?
Or are they counting on me!
In a stage that checks and pays,
There’s much to learn and see.
Am I talking to the words?
Or are they talking to me!
It matters when we listen to us,
There’s much to learn and see.
In the tug of war that ties,
Measures and plays the game,
I see questions fall and rise,
On grounds that travel the same!
