Firing the employees highlights
the failures and the fallacies
of an enterprise. 

The learning organizations
shouldn’t drive their corps
into their doom, instead
channel them to areas
their strengths would bloom.

Never mind, but it needs
holistic thinking, demands
a systemic effort, perhaps
more lucrative than all of
their social work, all other
CSR activities combined.

Charity begins at home,
an old proverb, well-known
worthwhile to remember;
that without people despite AI,
no order can ever deliver.
